What cleaning method do you use to clean carpets?

We use hot water extraction to lift the soil from your carpets. The whole proces involves an initial inspection of the carpet to ensure that we will be using the correct cleaning solutions for the carpet.

Then the carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove loose soil particles deep in the carpet pile.

Pre-spray is sprayed onto the carpet and agitation is performed to help the pre-spray to reach all the difficult to reach areas in the carpet pile.

Hot water extraction is then performed and the carpet is then groomed with a pile rake to ensure the pile is left in the best condition to dry effectively.

How long will my carpets take to dry?

The carpets can take anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours to dry completely.

To ensure the carpets dry as fast as possible you should leave your windows open throughout the house to ensure adequate ventilation.

Can you remove tough stains like wine, coffee, or blood?

We have a multitude of chemicals that can remove tough stains, however, not all stains can be removed. Various factors can inhibit the removal process such as how long the stain has been there, has somebody previously tried to remove the stain and what type of carpet it is.

Will you move my furniture for the cleaning?

Yes, we will carefully move your furniture on dedicated furniture sliders and replace it when finished
